Our cancellation policy for print

So we are able to deliver your items within our service promise we print your orders within minutes of you checking out or hitting the send button. Once you have received your order confirmation we are unable to halt the production of your order, however, the team are more than happy to check on the status for you.

Our cancellation policy for Design/Artwork & Digital creations 

Once we've received your approval to proceed Ravensworth reserve the right to charge for the job in full.

Should you wish to cancel a job at any stage of the creation or we're unable to contact you over a period of 30 days, we will cancel the order on your behalf and invoice you for the work so far.

Ravensworth will hold your artwork in stage for 12 months giving you the opportunity to complete at a later date
